Welcome!

Welcome to the Adventist Church in Norwich!

If you are looking for a place in Norwich where you can find new friends and also connect with the deeper side of life's great questions, then Norwich Adventist Church is the place for you. We're a very diverse group of people, with members of all ages from all over the world, and we welcome anyone who turns up with a big smile. Our main events are the two services we run on Saturday mornings: The first one is an informal Bible discussion session (which some people like the best!), while the second is an easy-to-follow worship service with a range of musical styles, a spot for children and a message you'll be able to go home and think about. We also have a small open-discussion group that meets on Wednesday evenings. Why not check us out?

What's more, if you have any questions about religious or spiritual matters, or would like to discuss something about life, we're happy to talk, so feel free to use the Contact Us feature on this website.

The Minister

peake_c.jpgChris grew up in Hampshire and started out in life as a drama teacher, but while he was living in Australia (where he spent 10 years) he came across an understanding of Jesus and the Bible that changed the course of his life. Since then he's been studying, pastoring and teaching religion in a variety of Adventist churches, schools and colleges. Chris' interests include walking, sailing and going down holes. He and his wife Frida have been in Norwich since early 2004, and are learning to love the quiet beauty of Norfolk, even though he hasn't had a chance to buy a proper boat yet, and there aren't too many caves to explore!
